Design alone

The importance of the creative industries is increasing in Europe.

The latest survey conducted by EUIPO, (the European Union Intellectual Property Organisation,) shows that 45% of Europe's GDP is produced by fields related to intangible value creation.

Design alone creates 16%. Furthermore, employing almost 63 million people and accounting for 29% of Europe's work force, the value of Europe's IPR-intensive industries amounts to some €6,6 billion.

What Are "End Users"?

Good news: The IAB , an acronym that means Inchart Board wanted to give a draft wider exposure to folks than just those on architecture-discuss; comment / feedback welcome

Thus, the end user of a protocol to manage routers is  not a router administrator; it is the people using the network that the router operates within.
The draft you may want to read, publishe by the IETF ( another acronym that means and refers to teh Internet Engineering Task Force is entitled : " The Internet is for End Users" , informal status, and the author is no othe rone, but Mark

Internet Engineering Task Force is, as you my dearest reader know,  an open standards organization, which develops and promotes voluntary Internet standards, in particular the standards that comprise the Internet protocol suite, covering topics of interest such as Internet Of Things, New Transport Technology, sec and privacy.et al Much of the daily work of the IETF is conducted on electronic mailing lists.

Comments are welcome. Your turn.

Involving

Under most scenarios, full employment can be maintained over the next decade. For this happen, though, workers will need to adapt as machines take over routine tasks and demand grows for work involving qualities that machines can't replicate.

 The CSS Working Group has published a Proposed Recommendation of CSS Containment Module Level 1.

This CSS module describes the "contain" property, which indicates that the element’s subtree is independent of the rest of the page.

This enables heavy optimizations by user agents when used well.

 Comments are welcome through through 13 November 2019. at the following paths

 <https://www.w3.org/Style/CSS/members>
 <https://www.w3.org/TR/2019/PR-css-contain-1-20191015/>
 <https://www.w3.org/TR/2019/PR-css-contain-1-20191015/#propdef-contain>

 "CSS" is a language for describing the rendering of structured documents (such as HTML and XML) on screen, on paper, etc.

Here the spec:  <https://www.w3.org/TR/CSS/>

That lead us to the scenario case to confirm that, yes,de facto, CSS is a language.

And you all know, dearets readers, that language is nothing less than a virus from outta space. Used well.

Give A Meaning

Intelligent machines suffer from a fundamental inability to perceive or make use of context—the circumstances or information that surround and give meaning to the tasks they perform. Humans rely on prior knowledge and situational awareness gleaned from multiple sources of information to take theright actions at the right times, but machines see only the task directly in front of them.
